New version of the NeoGeo CD emulator NeoRaine

There's an update for NeoGeo emulator called NeoRaine.

    Watch out for Persona 4 on your emulator! When you try to save - if iy gives you a message :" There is no memory card" close the emulator! Make sure before try the game to back up your .mcd file/folder. P4 really can break your memcards!

    I`ve tested the latest 651 I uploaded. It`s great but I haven`t tested P4 yet. However I`ve tested a lot of games and I have to add that they are perfect. Well Kingdom Hearts RE: Chain of memories still has no music in terrains... weird bug. Tekken 5 works at 55-60 fps. VF4 Evo too. If you are interested in all games I`ve tested I`ll post my test thread, including bugs and improvements.
